TABMA: Workforce & Career Development is a not for profit company that employs apprentices and trainees, and places them with local tradespeople and businesses.

TABMA: Workforce & Career Development operates across Australia and is a part of a national network. This network makes a significant and continuing contribution to Australia's economic development. Almost all entry level positions in the timber, manufacturing and construction industry can be employed into an apprenticeship or traineeship from receptionist to forklift driver, from machine operator to accounts clerks, from yards person to internal sales person, from retail to warehousing.

TABMA: Workforce & Career Development aims to:-

assist employers with recruiting and managing apprentices and trainees; and help job applicants access local employers across Australia and develop future careers. TABMA: Workforce & Career Development can fill almost all entry level positions within any organisation and then organise government funding to assist in the cost of training.

TABMA (Australia) Ltd is an industry based member organisation operating for the benefit of the timber industry. Our group training division, TABMA Apprentices and Trainees is the timber, manufacturing and construction specialist. TABMA Apprentices and Trainees is a not for profit division that employs apprentices and trainees and places them with our members and host employers for their on-the-job training. We aim to assist our host employers with recruiting and managing apprentices and trainees, whilst helping job applicants across Australia access local employers and develop their future careers. TABMA Apprentices and Trainees can fill almost all entry level positions within any organisation and then organise government funding to assist in the cost of training. TABMA Apprentices and Trainees is a part of a national network which makes a significant and continuing contribution to Australia's economic development. Almost all entry level positions in the timber, manufacturing and construction industries can be employed into a traditional trade apprenticeship or a traineeship across a range of vocations. These include business administration, IT, warehousing, machine operator, yards person, timber merchandising, timber manufacturing, frame and truss manufacture, furniture finishing, agriculture to name a few.
