GetSet is a Group Training and Labour Hire Organisation which employs Apprentices and Trainees and Casual Labour across regional NSW.
This support structure for Apprentices and Trainees as well as Casual Labour Hire is essential in ensuring the Employees are provided with the utmost support to ensure they feel comfortable and confident in the workplace environment. In any situation, when they have conflict or queries they have a support network which allows them to develop self-coping strategies and become resilient, self-actualized, confident people.
GetSet is committed to establishing strong relationships which ensures continuity of apprentices, trainees and casual labourers into the working environment, which will lead to capacity building for future generations of Australians.
