CERTIFICATE IV in AGED CARE/HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE

This Certificate IV course has been designed to address work in clients homes, residential care facilities and other community settings. Students can expect to learn topics including activities to support dementia residents, care services using a palliative approach, working with culturally diverse clients, the health and well-being of older people and more.

CERITIFICATE II to IV in HOSPITALITY
The Australian Professional Skills Institutes Certifications in Hospitality course teaches students about skills to operate in a basic range of hospitality environments.
Students will gain an understanding of how to perform a range of skills including serving food and beverage to tables, undertaking mis-en-place, preparing and serving drinks at a bar and providing assistance in a reception or catering operation with some supervision.
