As a Group Training Organisation A.E.S. is able to provide a comprehensive recruitment, placement and management service for trainees and apprentices.
Services include: advertising position, interviewing, aptitude testing and short listing of candidates, pre employment medicals, sign up and completion of all required documentation, coordination of training and ongoing monitoring of trainees and apprentices performance both on and off the job.
