Summary of Training

CM Systems Units ( a minimum of two required)

  • Develop a competitive manufacturing system

CM Change/Interpersonal Units ( a minimum of two required)

  • Manage relationships with non-customer external organisations
  • Manage people relationships

CM Tools (a minimum of 4 required) plus Other Units (up to a maximum of 22 required)

  • Develop a Just in Time (JIT) system
  • Manage 5S system in a manufacturing environment
  • Develop quick changeover procedures
  • Apply statistics to processes in manufacturing PLUS
  • Lead change in a manufacturing environment
  • Manage workplace learning
  • Implement a competitive manufacturing system
  • Ensure process improvements are sustained
  • Analyse and map a value chain
  • Manage a value chain
  • Apply Just in Time (JIT) procedures
  • Facilitate a Just in Time (JIT) system
  • Improve cost factors in work practices
  • Analyse manual handling processes
  • Lead 5S in a manufacturing environment
  • Undertake process capability improvements
  • Assist in implementing a proactive maintenance strategy
  • Optimise cost of product
