Garden Centre Supervisor

Working as a Garden Centre Supervisor you will direct the daily workflow of team members, provide customer service and plant advice. You will assist in the ordering of seasonal stock, conduct merchandising duties and promotional activity. Note: Entry Requirements apply.

  • Coordinate customer service and networking activities
  • Recommend plants and cultural practices
  • Design plant displays

  • Operate within a budget framework
  • Monitor and review business performance          
  • Assess marketing opportunities
  • Coordinate visual merchandising activities
  • Use social media to engage customers
  • Maintain store security
