Commercial Builder

Working as a Commercial Builder you will plan, manage and coordinate building projects, select and manage subcontractors and relevant trades, supply materials for the build and develop and manage progress schedules. You will apply for tenders, prepare cost estimates, arrange inspections and certification and interpret and follow plans and specifications.
