Working Surfing Recreation Activity Leader, you guide or instruct either beginner or intermediate level surf participants. You may work for commercial, not-for-profit or government organisations that deliver outdoor recreation activities.

  • Maintain equipment for activities
  • Perform basic surf rescues
  • Surf small waves using basic manoeuvres
  • Lead surfing activities, small waves and basic manoeuvre
  • Perform basic surf rescues
  • Surf waves using intermediate manoeuvres
  • Lead surfing activities, intermediate manoeuvres
  • Operate a four wheel drive in a towing situation
  • Provide First Aid
  • Provide equipment for activities
