Information Technology Support Analysts work as part of project teams examining existing systems and designing or modifying them to suit changing user needs. They build, analyse and document ICT systems once the requirements have been defined by business (systems) analysts and use data modelling to generate different possible solutions as a means of finding the best result for the client.
