Property Development Officer

Property Development Officers may be involved in the management of real estate development or redevelopment, structuring of single or multiple investment opportunities for the acquisition of existing or new properties, and managing investments opportunities.
Please note that various State or Territory regulatory or licensing requirements apply and should be referred to when selecting units of training.

Summary of Training

  • Establish networks
  • Identify and analyse risks and opportunities in the property industry
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of properties and facilities
  • Implement and monitor procurement process
  • Implement customer service strategies in the property industry
  • Monitor a safe workplace in the property industry
  • Participate in developing and establishing property or facilities contracts
  • Provide leadership in the property industry
  • Report on financial activity
  • Implement and monitor environmentally sustainable work practices
  • Make a presentation
  • Coordinate business resources
  • Undertake small business planning
  • Establish and manage agency trust accounts
  • Coordinate construction contract
  • Coordinate fit-out of property and facilities
  • Facilitate meetings in the property industry
  • Participate in research of property investment
