Quarterly Australian Apprenticeships Summary Statistics Report

The Australian Apprenticeships and Traineeships Information Service (AATIS) has updated their quarterly Australian Apprenticeships Summary Statistics report.

This report, which is incredibly popular with industry insiders, highlights the updated annual Australian Apprenticeships Summary Statistics, and is used to give readers an insight into the current climate of Australian Apprenticeships.

The update to the report reflects feedback for industry insiders and provides highly sought upon information, including:

  • National qualification overview information
  • Breakdown of commencements by apprenticeship and traineeship classification
  • Top Industry, Training Package and Occupation breakdowns
  • Completion Rates summary (provided annually)
  • State and Territory summary pages

For the first time, readers will be able to compare commencements in apprenticeship against traineeship qualifications. This breakdown isn’t available anywhere else, so AATIS is excited to be able to share this new information.

“Our role at AATIS is to provide accurate and timely information to our stakeholders,” Dr Peta Skujins, AATIS Director said.

“The update to this report ensures the most sought-after information pertaining to Australian Apprenticeships data is readily available to anyone who needs it.”

AATIS has been the leading source of information on Australian apprenticeships and traineeships for students, job hunters, employers, career advisers and service providers since 1998.

Australian Apprenticeship Pathways (AAPathways) provides Australian apprenticeships and traineeships information and resources to people considering career options, employers looking at recruitment, and those providing support and advice to students and job hunters.

AAPathways makes it easier than ever to learn about apprenticeships and traineeships.

“We are proud to continue to support our stakeholders and continue to find new ways to give them access to information about Australian Apprenticeships,” Dr Peta Skujins, AATIS Director, said.
