Applications for the 2022 Bert Evans Apprentice Scholarships are now open

The New South Wales Government are now accepting applications for the 2022 Bert Evans Apprentice Scholarship.

The aim of the Bert Evans Apprentice Scholarships is to assist NSW apprentices who have experienced hardship in their life to successfully complete their apprenticeship. invest in individual development to support employment outcomes.

The Scholarships are worth $5,000 each year for up to three years.

BAE Systems Australia, Ai Group, Victoria University to launch degree apprenticeship program

BAE Systems Australia and the employer association Ai Group will launch the nation’s first degree apprenticeship programme at the start of the 2023 academic year.

The degree apprentice programme, to be delivered by Victoria University, aims to increase skilled participation in major defence projects and has already received the endorsement of major employers in the sector.

BAE Systems Australia employs more than 200 graduates, interns and apprentices annually across the company’s national defence and security business.
