Amazon Web Services: Cloud Support Engineer Apprenticeship program - April 2022

Amazon Web Services are seeking applicants for the Cloud Support Engineer Apprenticeship program for 2022. If successful, applicants will have the opportunity to develop cloud-based IT skills and kickstart a career with a reputable organisation within the industry.

Apprentices will be provided both formalised IT training by Swinburne University (2 days a week) and paid on the job training and experience (3 days a week) at AWS. This is a 24-month program leading to a Diploma in Applied Cloud Technologies and an opportunity to join AWS as a permanent employee as part of a world class technical team.

Canberra Toyota: Automotive Technician Apprenticeship

Canberra Toyota are seeking enthusiastic school leavers to apply for an Automotive Technician Apprenticeship, based in the Gungahlin workshop. Successful applicants will be fully trade qualified in 36 months and receive above award wages. No previous experience is needed but a passion for all things automotive is a must. A year 12 certificate is an advantage and a drivers license is essential.

Apprenticeship Careers Australia/NSW State Government: Infrastructure Traineeships

Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA), in partnership with the NSW State Government, have recently launched the 2022 NSW Infrastructure Traineeship program. The program has been designed for year 12 school leavers seeking to commence a career in the rapidly growing Infrastructure industry. The two-year traineeship program combines full time work with TAFE studies and practical experience working for NSW Government agencies and private sector industry employers.

Northern Territory

Programmed: Mechanical Fitting Apprenticeship

Programmed Skilled Workforce, in partnership with HUMES, are offering the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification as a Mechanical Fitter Apprentice. The successful applicant will have a genuine interest in a career in mechanical fitting, a strong commitment to work and must hold a current C class driver's license. A Certificate II in Engineering (Mechanical Fitter and Machinist Pre-Apprenticeship) is desirable but not essential.
