Qualifications Summary

MSM20116 - Certificate II in Process Manufacturing

Suitable training production workers who undertake vital production support roles directly related to producing products in a defined range of situations. They solve a defined range of problems by applying known solutions to a limited range of predictable problems.

This qualification has been developed for use across the three process manufacturing sectors: chemical, hydrocarbons and refining; plastics, rubber and cablemaking; and manufactured mineral products.

MSM21122 - Certificate II in Recreational Vehicle Trade Pathways

This qualification reflects the role of an entry-level worker in the recreational vehicle industry who performs basic, defined work tasks under supervision involving known routines and procedures. The qualification is typically used to develop basic employment-related skills and knowledge.

MSA30208 - Certificate III in Manufacturing Technology

This qualification is suitable for delivery as part of a one year Technology Cadetship, or can be undertaken through an Australian Apprenticeship arrangement.

MSM30116 - Certificate III in Process Manufacturing

Training is appropriate for advanced production workers who use a range of equipment and provide support functions directly related to producing products. 

This qualification is designed for use across the three process manufacturing sectors: chemical, hydrocarbons and oil refining; plastics, rubber and cablemaking; and manufactured mineral products.

MSM30216 - Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application

This training  provides the trade-level competencies required to perform the wide range of surface preparation and protective coating application operations that occur across a range of heavy industry, ships and infrastructure.

MSM30318 - Certificate III in Manufactured Mineral Products

This qualification reflects the role of operators who perform a range of operations to directly produce manufactured mineral products for industry, including cement, pre-cast concrete, pre-mixed concrete, quarry and asphalt.

MSM30418 - Certificate III in Fenestration

This qualification reflects the role of window and door fabrication workers involved in the manufacturing, assembly, quality checking and testing and final fabrication of fenestration products and hardware. It covers the fabrication and assembly of timber, aluminium or uPVC windows and doors to Australian standards.

MSM31015 - Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Service and Repair

This is a trade-level qualification for people to work under supervision servicing and repairing recreational vehicles.

MSM31022 - Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Service and Repair

This qualification reflects the role of a person working at the trade level in a facility that services and repairs recreational vehicles, including motorhomes, campervans, caravans, fifth-wheelers and slide-on campers.

MSM31115 - Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Manufacturing

This is a trade-level qualification for people who work under supervision manufacturing recreational vehicles.

MSM31122 - Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Manufacturing

This qualification reflects the role of a person working at the trade level in a facility manufacturing recreational vehicles, including motorhomes, campervans, caravans, slide-ons and fifth-wheelers. The person undertakes routine tasks according to job instructions, plans/specifications and procedures and with discretion and judgement in selecting equipment, services and contingency measures.

MSA40108 - Certificate IV in Manufacturing Technology

This qualification is suitable for delivery as part of a two year Technology Cadetship, or can be undertaken through an Australian Apprenticeship arrangement.

MSM40116 - Certificate IV in Process Manufacturing

Appropriate training for advanced production workers who use a range of equipment and are involved in solving complex problems that require theoretical knowledge, combined with an understanding of operating procedures directly related to producing products. It is designed to develop employees who operate across more than one category within process manufacturing or other product conversion processes in manufacturing.

MSM41122 - Certificate IV in Recreational Vehicles

 This qualification reflects the role of a person working at the post-trade level in a recreational vehicle manufacturing or service and repair facility who has a specialist and/or leadership role, including roles in sales supervision, estimating, production planning and production supervision.

MSA50108 - Diploma of Manufacturing Technology

MSA60108 - Advanced Diploma of Manufacturing Technology
