Qualifications Summary

CSC20115 - Certificate II in Justice Services

This is a general qualification covering the competencies that are relevant to staff members who work in the industry but who may not have statutory responsibilities. Their work will usually be directly supervised.

CSC30115 - Certificate III in Correctional Practice

This qualification allows for the attainment of general competencies and also specialisation in Custodial, Community or Youth Custodial streams. A general qualification covers the competencies required by staff members with non-operational roles.

CSC40115 - Certificate IV in Correctional Practice

This qualification covers for the attainment of general competencies and also specialisation in dog handling, supervision and leadership, case management, community or emergency response streams.

CSC50115 - Diploma of Correctional Administration

The general qualification reflects the advanced skills that can operate across sectors and services. It also allows for specialisation in Intelligence operations.
